Ashburton is a vibrant market town and a perfect base for families and friends to explore the stunning Dartmoor National Park and the south Devon coast. The properties are 2 minutes walk to the town centre which has a number of pubs and eateries as well as a fabulous Delicatessen, artisan baker, Fish Deli, vegetable shop and the local Coop, galleries and boutique gift shops. In addition the local art centre provides an amazing venue for jazz, folk and different genres of music as well as cinema. There is also an outdoor heated swimming pool(open in the summer months), close by, with a café and a generous lawn for picnics and games.
There are three properties to choose from (which are all dog friendly) at Ashburton Luxury Lets:
An atmospheric and beautifully furnished home with antiques. There are 5 reception rooms, two of which have wood burner stoves. Suitable for a family gathering or friends for up to 10 people. All our properties have fully equipped kitchens; quality bed linen and towels. There is a fabulous outdoor courtyard ideal for alfresco dining.
Sleeps 6 and has recently been converted from a Victorian School house. It provides spacious luxury 3 bedroom accommodation on two floors. On the ground floor there is an accessible bedroom and ensuite wet room.
Sleeps 4. Loft style apartment on the first floor of the School House. It has 2 super king ensuite bedrooms (one bedroom converts into 2 single beds) with underfloor heating and ventilation. Ideal for a family of 4 or 2 couples/friends.
Bookings
During peak season our change over day is Friday for the Meeting House and Saturdays for the School House and Upper School House. Our minimum stay for OFF peak is 2 days for weekends and 3 days minimum for mid week. Please be aware that we are flexible and can consider any alternative requests.
